Photography courses with Stephen Lee
Raise your game - take better photographs.
One-day courses with Stephen Lee at his Chichester studio.
COURSE DATES for 2018 to be announced soon
Whether you are a complete beginner or serious amateur, I believe I can help you focus on what is really important when making pictures and take your photography up a level.
Equipment required for the course.
First tip - please DON'T buy new equipment for the course. You almost certainly have all you need and in my experience an impulse purchase is usually to be regretted!
I will be happy to give you advice on equipment during the course.
ANY digital camera will suffice for the course. The only skill you need is to be able to download your images onto a laptop and copy the images onto a USB pen drive so that I can load them onto my computer for projection. CAMERA INSTRUCTIONS - bring these if you can find them - so many problems can be solved by reading the instructions! Charge your batteries/bring spare batteries in advance (bring your charger) and check that you have enough space on your camera to take new pictures.
So, recommended equipment - any digital camera, laptop, USB pen drive.
(If you don't have a digital camera, just bring an old-style film camera if you have one - it may be possible, subject to numbers, for me to lend you a digital camera for the day so that you can take your first steps in digital photography.
Useful but not essential - Tripod (don't buy one if you don't have one), walking boots or trainers, change of (outdoor) clothes (we will be going out on an assignment).
